Terms and Conditions of DEUS LENKER
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop at www.deus-lenker.com. . The current version of the GC at the time of ordering is applicable.
2. Conclusion of the Agreement
Displaying items in the online shop is not a contractual offer from DEUS LENKER, but simply an invitation to place an order. We will send you an order confirmation by email immediately after receipt of your order. This does not constitute a purchase contract. A contract will only be concluded if we have expressly accepted your order or if we have performed the delivery to the corresponding extent. We will save the text of the purchase agreement (the content of your order as well as these terms and conditions) and send it to you upon request. DEUS LENKER remains the owner of the goods until the purchase price is paid in full.
3. Prices and shipping costs
The prices indicated in the online shop at the time of the order are applicable. Prices include legal value added tax. Shipping charges and any other possible charges related to the method of payment (for example payment charges on delivery) will be added.
4. Basis of Payment
For payments by advance bank transfer, you will receive a payment request from us. Please transfer the amount to be paid to the account indicated within 7 days (payment period). We will only deliver the goods upon receipt of your transfer. If the amount is not transferred within the payment period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to reserve the goods for you.
In the case of payment by instalments or purchase by direct transfer, we sent the request to . . . . . . . . Payment by instalment requires a positive credit check. In this case, we will transfer your data to . . . . . . as part of initiating and contracting the purchase. Please understand that we can only offer you these payment methods following a credit check. Rest assured that this payment platform is completely secure.
5. Return Arrangements
Right of withdrawal: the consumer has, within a period of 7 working days from the delivery of his order, a right of return, exchange, have or refund, products not suitable for him.
Items must be returned in good condition, complete, not used, not worn.
Shipping costs incurred as a result of an error on our part or a defect on an item, will be at our expense, (these costs will be refunded to you either by check or by a credit note valid on a future order.). However, the costs incurred for an error on your part will be at your expense.
